The Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation (TBBCF) services two primary clients. The Foundation services breast cancer researchers by providing key and/or supplemental funding for research studies. The Foundation also services individuals who choose to financially support breast cancer research by providing not only an efficient and effective vehicle for this, but also greater transparency on exactly how their specific donation is having an impact in eradicating this disease.

Americans are very generous. This is evidenced by the generous contributions following the tragic tsunami in Asia, hurricanes Katrina and Rita, and the earthquake in Pakistan. But Americans are also becoming weary of the constant barrage of solicitation and the nagging suspicion that their hard earned money may be poorly spent. The TBBCF offers a clear alternative. This is the commitment that 100 percent of every dollar raised will go directly to research, and transparency with regard to how those dollars were directed. The TBBCF will send bi-annual newsletters to all who have donated to apprise them of the Foundation's status and to update them on the work of the researcher beneficiary.
