    Walking Across The Curricula Resources

If you are thinking about starting a walk-a-thon at your school, then we have great news for you! All the forms that you will need are now available to you by simply clicking on each of the forms below. These forms include the initial paperwork that explains to students the work that will be completed over the course of the project, t-shirt forms, volunteer assignments and the tracking forms for pledges and donations, just to name a few. Each form has drop-ins for your school names, specific dates and teacher names. In a matter of minutes you will ready to start walking and raising funds to help find a solution to breast cancer.

If at anytime you have questions or need additional help, please feel free to contact Jay Gionet via e-mail at jay.gionet@mac.com or jay.gionet@eastlymeschools.org. Arrangements can be made with Jay to visit your school to assist teachers in the planning of the project or to speak to students about how important their involvement is to finding a cure.
